Six weeks of soccer training between practices.
A YP soccer plan turns the hours between team sessions into structured touches. Built with the R3™ Method, it progresses from movement quality to control to sport-specific speed and skill — sized to your athlete’s week, space, and equipment.
The R3™ arc for Soccer.
Release
Reduce restrictions through the hips and ankles so the athlete can move freely.
Restore
Rebuild rhythm and control: balance on one leg, deceleration, and coordination.
Re-engineer
Connect the work back to soccer — acceleration, cutting, and touches under control.
What a soccer plan trains.
- first touch and ball mastery reps at home
- acceleration and change of direction
- single-leg balance and control
- weekly consistency around team training
A few square meters and a ball cover most sessions. Cones help but aren’t required — plans adapt to what you have.
Soccer plan questions.
Will this conflict with club training?
Plans are designed for the days between team sessions. You set how many days a week the athlete trains, and the plan fits around that schedule.
Can sessions be done indoors?
Yes. Many control and movement sessions are designed for small indoor spaces; outdoor sessions are used where more room is needed.
