Terms of Service

last updated July 13, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

The site at youthperformance.com (“the site”) is operated by YouthPerformance Limited (“YouthPerformance,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of a youth athlete, you agree to these terms for yourself and as the athlete’s parent or guardian.

What YouthPerformance provides

The site currently provides public educational content and, where the plan service is available, a free six-week training plan built with the R3™ Method and a training-progress experience. If the plan service is unavailable, the site shows a clearly labeled example preview rather than a generated plan. Pages describing Ask YP, coach tools, NeoBall, commerce, or app features may preview planned services; a description on this site does not mean the service is currently available. Plans and content are general training and educational information, personalized from the selections you provide.

Health, fitness, and assumption of risk

The training information on this site is general and educational. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Physical training carries inherent risks. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether an athlete can participate safely and for providing age-appropriate supervision. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new training program — especially for a young athlete — and stop training and seek appropriate help if the athlete experiences pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty, or other concerning symptoms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Youth athletes and eligibility

YouthPerformance is intended to be used with parental or guardian involvement. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, supervise use, and take responsibility for the athlete’s participation. If the athlete is under 13, a parent or guardian must set the plan up and supervise its use; if we launch features that collect personal information from children under 13, the parent or guardian must complete the required parental-consent process before the athlete uses them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any unlawful way or to harm others.
  • Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site’s security or availability.
  • Scrape, copy, or reuse site content at scale except as permitted by our robots and llms files.
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit another person’s information without permission.

Intellectual property

YouthPerformance, YP, the R3™ Method, NeoBall, and the site’s design, text, and graphics are owned by YouthPerformance or its licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose; no other license is granted.

Products and external services

The site does not currently process purchases or collect payment-card information. NeoBall commerce and other paid services are planned; if they launch, purchases will be subject to additional terms and privacy notices presented at that time. Any separately operated subdomains and external links are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthPerformance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects the collection, use, or disclosure of a child’s personal information, we will provide direct notice to the parent or guardian and obtain new consent where required before applying the change.
